After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am GMT+1 will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 11 am GMT+1 on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

Returns
After purchase the customer has 15 days from the date of delivery to ask for a refund or an exchange. Before any return for refund or exchange, the customer must Contact Us. The product must be returned by the customer at its own expenses no later than 5 days after having informed about his decision.
All returned items must be received in their new unused condition, complete and in their original packaging. The original purchase price of the goods will be refunded to the customer.
